Sharon began her real estate career in 1985 in the state of Texas and remained active there until her husband, Dennis, received a promotion in 1993 that precipitated the family to relocate to Northern Illinois. The move to Illinois dictated that Sharon become a licensed in that state and restart her real estate career and business there.

From 1993-2001, Sharon listed and sold real estate in primarily DeKalb County Illinois where her husband was employed with DeKalb seed sales. Her two children, Angela and Aaron, attended and graduated from DeKalb High School. While living and working in DeKalb, Sharon was consistently the top sales person for Century 21 Elsner.

In 2001, with both children grown and off to college, Sharon's husband, Dennis, accepted an offer with an Indiana seed company. In accepting that position, a move to Indiana followed and with that it became necessary for Sharon to attain yet another real estate license in order to work in Indiana. Sharon's focus of business in Indiana is Tippecanoe County and it's surrounding counties. From 2001 until today, Sharon is a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Shook Agency, which is a family owned and operated enterprise with a 100 year history in the Lafayette/West Lafayette community.

Sharon is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Sharon and Dennis met in college and married in 1974. Sharon and Dennis are proud grandparents of both a grandson and granddaughter.
